i’m a hobbyist photographer mostly shooting in oregon. i see things and take pictures, usually wildlife and nature but other things find their way in as well. photography as a practice keeps me sane and grounded — not much of a point beyond that but if anyone enjoys looking through my pictures i am happy for that as well.

web design clearly isn’t my strong suit. i generally shoot things without a plan and as i see them; this website will likely reflect that approach. this is not intended as a professional portfolio, just a place to put some of my favorite shots. in time i might add sections or improvements but not right now.
